Women's Cricket Club
The University of Portsmouth Women’s Cricket Club are the newest club in Team UOP and we have already made our mark, becoming outdoor BUCS league champions in our first season. Whether you’re an experienced cricketer or complete beginner, we welcome players of all abilities. We offer competitive cricket with teams competing in both indoor and outdoor BUCS leagues, alongside the opportunity to play recreationally, develop your skills, and be part of a friendly and supportive team.
Club memberships 2026/27
- Indoor Compete: £125
Competitive Women's Cricket Club Membership for the indoor season, covering training, coaching, competition entry & equipment.
- Outdoor Compete: £80
Competitive Women's Cricket Club Membership for the outdoor season, covering training, coaching, competition entry & equipment.
- Play: £70
Development Women's Cricket Club Membership, covering training & equipment. BUCS competition not included.
Club memberships for 2026/27 are available from Saturday 1 August.
Please note, for most Compete memberships, you will need to be selected for a team via the club's trials during our Give Me Sport event.

Play Memberships
Lots of our Team UOP Sports Clubs offer Play Memberships, a more casual way to play without committing to a year membership. Most Play Memberships are a one-off payment of £70 for the year (with some exceptions).
