Book quickly and easily on the go, and keep a trainer in your pocket.

Let’s talk tech, we know your phone is a big part of your life, you might even be reading this on it now. We recognised early the need for a mobile app to make a booking for classes, courts and activities quick and easy. UOP Sport is your hub of information, allowing you to book quickly on the go, even before your 9.00am lecture. UOP Fitness is your in-pocket trainer that can help record, set and track your workouts. Both are free to use - so get downloading.

UOP Sport

Your one stop shop for information, bookings and timetables. Our UOP Sport app is free for all users, whether you're a member or not. Find out about what's on and our key events, bookings and activities, news and updates, offers, find out all about us as well as links to our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Anyone can use it, it's FREE. Simply download the app, search for the class or activity you want to book, log in then press book. You'll receive an email upon signing up highlighting how you can retrieve your PIN. Once signed in, you'll remain signed in so you can always access bookings quickly.

If you're not a member, you'll need to set up an account on your first use, and can then book and pay through the app. You can still download the app, even without an account to see availability and class timetables.

UOP Fitness

Our second free app - the Technogym App allows you to track all of your progress across our brand-new Technogym equipment. Automatically log your workouts by scanning into machines. View and use our training programmes and compete with your friends and stream workouts. Connect the main apps you use to track activity and keep all your stats in one handy place. 

A wealth of knowledge is available for you through the Wellness magazine on the Coach tab of the app - read articles about workouts, training, fundamentals, nutrition, sport, mindfulness and some other tips and tricks. There is so much information on there it’s worth downloading just for the info. 

When you download the app, set up your account on mywellness.com then log in on the app. Your account for UOP Fitness is separate to the account you use for UOP Sport memberships and bookings.
