Outdoor sport
Our comprehensive outdoor site has a range of facilities. We have two of only 27 FIFA-accredited 3G pitches in Hampshire, we also hold RFU accreditation on our larger 3G pitch 1. We have two hard-court Netball courts and two 5 a-side Astro courts, with tennis being playable on both surfaces. We have a range of grass pitches from 5 to 11 a-side pitches. Get yourself booked for a game and get out in the great British weather.
Outdoor sport we offer
We have two 5 a-side cages (carpet) that are available to book throughout the year.
We have three 7 a-side pitches on one of the best 3G pitches in Hampshire. It is available to book throughout the year.
We have two 9 a-side grass pitches available for bookings for club fixtures. Our grass pitches are refurbished out of the main season.
We have two FIFA-regulated full-size 3G pitches. Our pitches can be used for football, lacrosse and more. Our 3G1 is also IRB-regulated and can be used for rugby fixtures - 3G2 can be used for rugby training with bookings available throughout the year.
Small-sided games can be played on both our 3G pitches; 1/3 of the pitch can be hired on 3G1 and 1/2 of the pitch can be hired on 3G2.
We have four netball courts (two hard and two carpet) that are available to book throughout the year. We also have two-indoor courts at Ravelin Sports Centre.
We have six football and two rugby grass pitches. Our barriered first-team football pitch is of the highest standard and hosts Portsmouth FC reserve games. We offer a range of sizes from small-sided 5 a-side, 7 a-side, 9 a-side to full-size 11 a-side pitches. Grass pitches are only available through block bookings.
