It's necessary to have rules and from time to time. You may want to know where you stand, where we stand and what we're up to. You can find a selection of our documents below.

We strive to deliver excellence in all our areas of delivery, but most importantly in delivering an excellent service to our users. We also want to have a positive impact on the student experience. We want to be considered as friendly, helpful, conscientious, knowledgeable, and professional. We’d like to be seen as a department that adds value to the student experience and all of our facility users. When people use our facilities once, or every day, we want you to keep coming back.

We may sometimes exceed your expectations or fall short, but we always value your feedback whether it be good, bad or even if it’s a suggestion. If you’d like to highlight something to us please complete our customer feedback form below.

Customer Feedback

We strive to make everyone's experience fantastic at Ravelin Sports Centre but appreciate there are times when we may miss the mark. Please use this form to leave us some feedback - whether that's a comment, compliment or complaint. You can choose for us to contact you after this or you can remain anonymous, it's your choice. Your feedback will be passed on to the relevant team who will look into the feedback received but please be aware this may not always be responded to.

If you wish to cancel your membership or are looking for support for systems, technical issues or issues with your membership please use our Customer Support form. If you have an immediate concern, please speak to our Customer Service team at reception.

Requests submitted for booking cancellations or booking changes should be completed via the My Bookings section of the UOP Sport app, online booking system or through our team at reception. Submissions of this kind will not be actioned and you may still be charged a no-show record if you fail to cancel or do not attend.



We're hoping you just want to freeze your membership. If you do wish to cancel your membership as sad as we will be to see you go, simply complete the customer support form and select the 'I want to cancel my membership' option. As per our terms and conditions, we require 14 days' notice of membership cancellation, if a payment is due within the next 14 days - no refunds will be due.

In some cases, we may wish to explore more about your comment, compliment or complaint. This does not mean we will always get in touch with you about your feedback. We read every piece of feedback that is submitted and although we may not let you know personally we will provide updates as usual through our weekly member emails.
