How to Cancel Your Membership

Terminate Your Membership Smoothly with Our Easy-to-Follow Instructions

As sad as we will be to see you go, we understand that circumstances may change and you may want to cancel your membership. If you need to terminate your membership with us, please review our terms and conditions first, specifically section 13 (see below), which covers membership termination. Follow the step-by-step guide below to ensure a smooth and quick resolution.

13. Terminating your membership

13.2 If you wish to cancel your recurring monthly membership, you must express this with 14 days' notice in writing, and subject to certain conditions. This can be completed on our website through our customer support form by selecting cancel your membership option.

13.7 All other refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the University. Any termination in accordance with this clause will be at the University’s sole discretion. The University reserves the right to request appropriate evidence in some cases.

13.9 A membership may not be cancelled until any outstanding balance is paid. If this is the case, it will be communicated by the Sports Staff.

 

How can I cancel my membership?

Option 1: Through Our Website

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Locate and complete the cancellation form available at the bottom of the page.
  3. Follow the instructions provided in the form based on your specific situation.
  4. Submit form

 

Option 2: Via the UOP Sport App

  1. Open the UOP Sport App.
  2. Scroll down and find the "Customer Support" tile.
  3. Select the option “Change, freeze or cancel your membership.”
  4. You will be provided with details about cancellations, freezes, and changes.
  5. Click on the "Customer Support Form" link.
  6. You will be redirected to the customer support page. Scroll down to find and fill out the form.
  7. Follow the instructions provided to complete your cancellation request.
  8. Submit form

Please note: Removing card details does not stop your membership from recurring. Your account will fall into arrears, and you will be asked to complete all unpaid sales as per section 3.2 in our Terms and Conditions.
