Fitness classes

We have a range of Fitness Classes a week, perfect for fitting around your schedule.

Group fitness is more than just a workout. It can be motivating, it can be social, it can be rewarding and it will definitely be worth it. Fitness classes aren’t just for those wearing 80’s style leotards (keep those for your nights out). Fitness classes are for beginners and experts alike, athletes and well, anyone. We have a wide range of fitness classes available, check out our timetable below and get booked in for a class.

Currently to comply with social distancing, government and sport body guidelines we are operating a reduced timetable. We also have a reduced capacity to allow you to exercise safely. Please check out our guidelines to give you and others the best workout possible. Classes can be booked on the day only on a first come first served basis.
