To view the most up to date fitness class timetable, download the UOP Sport app. You can book classes up to 7 days in advance (check back regularly as new classes are being added to the timetable).
If you book into a class that you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking to free up space for someone else.
Fitness classes are included in your Ultimate membership or if you have selected fitness classes as part of a Core or Core Plus membership.
You can book our fitness classes through our UOP Sport mobile app or through our online booking system.
