Strength and conditioning classes
Explore our classes and challenge your muscles and develop the body you want
Challenge your muscles to create definition and develop the body you want. Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to target the muscles of the body either in isolation or as a full body movement. Members can book classes if they have an Ultimate membership or have chosen it as an option for the Core or Core Plus memberships. If you are not a member, you can book classes on a pay as you go basis.

Enjoy a chance to work out with an odd object, kettlebells are a great way to work your whole posterior chain - think calf muscles, hamstrings, glutes, lats and the erector spinae muscles. You will perform many types of exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training to challenge your body as well as coordination skills.
