Mind and body classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen and stimulate recovery of the muscles. As well as provide that all important brain training. Members can book classes if they have an Ultimate membership or have chosen it as an option for the Core or Core Plus memberships. If you are not a member, you can book classes on a pay as you go basis.
