Challenge your muscles to create definition and develop the body you want. Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to target the muscles of the body either in isolation of as a full body movement. Members can book classes for FREE unless stated otherwise.

Strength and conditioning classes:

Tone and sculpt your key body areas using specific exercises. This is a great toning and full body aerobic workout to build strength, improve energy levels and burn calories.

A non-contact class combining basic boxing fundamentals with pad work to improve coordination, reaction times and general fitness.

Enjoy a chance to workout with an odd object. You will perform many types of exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training to challenge your body as well as coordination skills.

This class uses a variety of methods and equipment to condition your body for speed, strength and power within a 30 minute format.
