Challenge your muscles to create definition and develop the body you want. Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to target the muscles of the body either in isolation of as a full body movement.

Members can book classes for FREE unless stated otherwise, non members can book classes for £5.75.

Strength and conditioning classes:

Tone and sculpt your key body areas using specific exercises. This is a great toning and full body aerobic workout to build strength, improve energy levels and burn calories.

This ballet-inspired fitness class blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout.,

This short 20 minute class will use exercises to challenge your glutes to the maximus, resulting in a stronger more defined booty.

Enjoy a chance to workout with an odd object. You will perform many types of exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training to challenge your body as well as coordination skills.
