We are incredibly excited to announce the introduction of an all-new class to our fitness class programme - FitBounce.
After offering a trial session at Girls' Night, it was clear to see how popular and fun this type of class can be, so we are going to be adding it to our regular programme.
What is FitBounce?
This high intense but low impact group trampoline workout burns body fat and can burn 3x more calories than jogging. FitBounce is a great workout for your whole body, working your core, developing better balance, coordination, and motor skills.
Is FitBounce for you?
FitBounce is for anyone who is looking to vary and add a little fun to their workouts, it's different to any other classes we currently offer, so come along and try it out!
Free Taster Sessions
Before launching FitBounce into our regular class programme, we are going to be offering free taster sessions on Saturday 25 February. All of these sessions will be 30 minutes and offer the ideal time for our current members and PAYG customers to have a go at FitBounce. You will need to book a space on the taster sessions as usual via the UOP Sport app on the classes tile up to 7 days in advance. You can find all the session times below.
Please note: There is a maximum of 17 spaces per session, there is also a maximum weight capacity for each trampoline of 90kg.
We are looking to add FitBounce to our fitness class programme permanently from Monday 6 March.
