We are really excited to welcome you to Portsmouth and as well as university-wide activities for you to experience, you can take part in the International Orientation programme and tour our outstanding Ravelin Sports Centre and try different sports.
The outstanding Ravelin Sports Centre is the University of Portsmouth's sports centre that is open for students, staff, alumni and the public to play, train and compete. Take a tour of our superb facilities set in the historic Ravelin parkland including a 25m 8-lane swimming pool, 175 station fitness suite, climbing wall, ski simulator, café and community orchard. Your 30-minute tour will take you around the fantastic Ravelin Sports Centre to show you the amazing services available to students.
Please be sure to book and arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking time and ensure you book each member of your party onto the tour.

As part of International Orientation Week the University of Portsmouth Sports Clubs are hosting sports taster sessions on Sunday 21st of January, at Ravelin Sports Centre.
If you want to get active, make friends and play sports at university our tasters will give you an insight into what the clubs can offer you, whilst you are studying at the University of Portsmouth. Our Sports Clubs are friendly, and welcoming and can help you learn the sport if you've never tried before or let you join in the fun and play.
