The Balanced Plate Course is a four–week program designed to take the stress and confusion out of eating well. Instead of fad diets or strict rules, you’ll learn the fundamentals of nutrition in a simple, practical way. Each week you’ll build confidence as you discover how macronutrients, cravings, gut health, and smart shopping all fit together, leaving you with the tools to create balanced meals without second–guessing.
By the end of the course, you’ll know exactly how to fuel your body for energy, fat loss, strength, and health. You’ll understand the difference between whole and processed foods, how to reduce cravings and bloating, and how to make everyday choices that feel easy. With practical skills like portion control, meal prep, and grocery shopping, you’ll walk away confident and in control of your nutrition for good.
