Warming, hearty and best of all it's tasty
This time of year we look to our fridges and cupboards to create warm hearty meals on these cold evenings. This vegan chilli is perfect for those exact nights. Warming, hearty, healthy and best of all, tasty for vegans and those looking to reduce meat in their meal plans. The combination of beans, quorn or any meat free alternatives and the cooking time pulls these relatively inexpensive ingredients together for a great meal. This is great paired with some rice or a classic baked potato.
While we may be moving less frequently or looking for a quick and easy way to get some more veg and healthy foods into our meals this a great way to do just that. Check out the recipe and let us know if you give this a try.
