Ravelin Sports Centre members can now access a loyalty scheme at the cafe
Black Friday comes once a year, with discounts and bonuses generally for new customers. As much as we love to welcome new customers, we are incredibly grateful for the people who already choose to spend their time with us and making their experience great is our main focus. Alongside the free month you’ll get for referring a new member this week (you can refer new members up until Monday 8 December if you didn’t know), we’re launching a new loyalty scheme for all members.
The loyalty scheme will allow you to collect reward points for any purchases at the Ravelin Cafe (5 points for every £1 spent). Great for those pre or post-workout coffees. You’ll get access to the best deals through the Food on Campus app, and best yet, when you buy 8 hot drinks, you’ll get your next one free.
As well as a range of meal deals already available, you’ll find out about special offers, deals and discounts going on as they happen.
How do I access the scheme and collect points?
To access the loyalty scheme, download the Food on Campus app and set up an account. You can then access a virtual card to scan on each purchase. If you are a student or a staff member, using your campus card will allow you to collect points as you go.
- To collect points, simply scan your card (virtual through the app, or your campus card) before you pay. The points will be added to your account immediately. You can collect points at every university coffee shop across the campus and spend your points at any venue too.
- Your points or vouchers can be applied to any purchase at the till. Just remember to scan your card before you pay. If you’re unsure how many points you have, the wonderful cafe staff can let you know how many you have, and it will often show on the till as well.
- Your points will stay on your account until you decide to use them. If you do not use your account, your points will be removed after 18 months of inactivity.
