Our Strength‑Based Fitness Course is a focused 4‑week programme made up of weekly 60‑minute sessions, designed for individuals who already have experience lifting weights. This course supports you in refining your technique, increasing your strength, and feeling genuinely proud of what your body can do.
Over the four weeks, you'll follow a structured and progressive strength‑training plan that challenges you safely while helping you see and feel real improvements. Each session builds on the last, allowing you to develop confidence, improve movement quality, and better understand how to lift with purpose and control.

Structure
Each session includes:
- Warm-up and mobility preparation
- Main compound lift of the day (e.g., squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press)
- Accessory strength work targeting supporting muscle groups
- Optional conditioning finisher to improve work capacity
