We ask a lot of you, especially about your thoughts about how we’re doing. Some things we can change easily and some due to the complexities of Ravelin Sports Centre, are not so easy.
As the school year is ending and we're almost a year and a half into having Ravelin Sports Centre, we want to know what you think about your time with us. We’re launching our annual customer survey to find out what drives you, your thoughts on exercising, being a member, and your overall feelings about Ravelin Sports Centre and our sports clubs. Your feedback will help us plan future activities and services that match what you like and need.
Our customer survey will be open for just three weeks, from Monday 11 March to Monday 1 April. The survey should take between 5-10 minutes to complete and as a thank you for your time you have the chance to enter our competition to win some fantastic prizes.

To enter our prize draw simply complete the survey and leave your details via the link at the end of the survey. To gain your true thoughts we want the survey to remain anonymous, our competition sits separately from the main survey to protect your anonymity.
