We want to learn a new skill and develop in other ways than we’re used to. Our courses are great for just that. Learn to Lift: Beginners Course
- The 4-week course runs from Tuesday 21 April to 12 May 2026
- Thursdays 10.30am - 11.30am
- £40 for members
- £55 for non-members
The Learn to Lift: Beginners course is a small-group class with an emphasis on learning technique and building confidence at your own pace. It is specifically designed to teach weight training for beginners. A class that teaches you exactly how to lift weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get excellent results from your gym sessions.
Learn to Lift: Next Level Course

- Thursdays 10.30am - 11.30am
- £40 for members

Our Strength‑Based Fitness Course is a focused 4‑week programme comprising weekly 60‑minute sessions, designed for individuals with prior weightlifting experience. This course supports you in refining your technique, increasing your strength, and feeling genuinely proud of what your body can do. Over the four weeks, you'll follow a structured and progressive strength‑training plan that challenges you safely while helping you see and feel real improvements.
