We have a history of success with our previous scholars - check out their successes
Over the years, we have supported many athletes who have gone on to compete at the highest level, including winning Paralympic Gold. Here is a small selection of our high achievers.
One of our most recent high performance athletes is Lauren Steadman. Lauren is a graduate, a 3 time Paralympian, a Rio Silver Medalist, a double World Champion, a 6 time European Champion in Paratriathlon whilst also achieving her degree and masters. She has also starred on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. Lauren epitomises the support you can receive at the University of Portsmouth, while achieving high performance goals.
