We've been offering Les Mills Virtual classes for a couple of years now, and feel like we needed a change. Virtual Classes are a fantastic way to get involved in Group Exercise around our live instructor led class programme. The class offers flexibility, as well as reducing the number of participants. Les Mills Virtual classes are fully immersive, they're exciting, cinematic-quality versions of live classes. With chart topping music and instruction from Les Mills instructors, they're a great addition to your exercise programme.

We'd like to introduce the newest members of our Les Mills Virtual programme, Barre and Sprint. These two programmes are polar opposites from each other in their goals. Barre is designed to develop grace and poise using ballet moves while Sprint uses HIIT to get your heart pumping and maximises calorie burn using an indoor cycle.

We're among only a handful of fitness facilities in Portsmouth that offer Virtual classes in their Group Exercise timetable. We want to help you maximise the opportunities available to you to participate in group exercise outside of our live taught class programme.
