At Sport and Recreation we understand that you will set yourself personal challenges when in the gym. Be it getting your first pull up or losing that next pound towards your weight goal.

Understanding our customers led us to develop monthly gym challenges. Whether you are a lone wolf or a social butterfly in the gym, why not add our monthly challenge to your workout one day.

December gym challenge: plank hold

Hold the plank for as long as possible. The Plank is a key strength training exercise which works all major abdominal muscles, while strengthening the shoulders, chest, neck, glues, quads and back muscles. Find out the benefits of this fantastic exercise by checking out our article on the plank.
