Renew your membership
Has your membership expired? Not a problem. In a few simple steps we can get you up and running (or lifting) again. If you've been here before, have your PIN handy to log in and get going. No need to have another induction, simply choose your new membership and get back in the gym or classes immediately.
It's a quick and simple process to get you back into the gym. Please do have a check of your details to make sure that they're up to date, should we ever need to contact you.
Get your pin ready
If you've been a member with us before, you'll have a PIN registered alongside your email address. You'll need these to log in to the system.
Click on the renew link
Once you've clicked the link, you'll be transferred to our Join@Home system. Select the membership type you want to purchase then simply use your details to log in.
Please do have a check of your details to make sure that they're up to date, should we ever need to contact you. Common information that doesn't get updated are addresses, phone numbers and year of study.
Complete your payment
Once you've selected your membership and checked all your information all that's left to do is pay. Once you've paid, your membership will start immediately, unless you chosen a specific start date. Then you're good to go, get yourself booked in for a class or get in the gym.

It happens, no drama. Simply use the icon at the top of the page to reset your PIN.
You certainly can, after you've selected your membership simply select the start date you require on the next screen.
Yes, of course. If you stop by during our opening hours we'll be able to help. However, just make sure you don't come in too close to our closing times, we don't want you to miss out on potential training days.
If you're a student or member of staff, your campus card will still work. If you're an associate or community member pop in on your first visit and we'll check your card still works. We can order you one then if necessary.
Yes, in most cases the email is delivered immediately, certainly within a couple of minutes. If you don't receive one, just give us a shout and we'll make sure everything is OK with your account.
