At this time when everyone is at home working, be it in employment, revision or dissertations we’ve put together a whole load of resources to get you through. There is no need for our fitness aspirations to fall by the wayside. Keeping active during this time is great for health, routine, our minds and our goals.

We’ve created a load of resources for you to stay active whilst at home, from videos to articles to small tips. We’ve created a Facebook group for our community of Health and Fitness enthusiasts to share exercise tips, workouts, home workouts, and advice. We have daily Zoom classes for you to get involved in and break up the day, as well as workouts you can try from home.
