February gym challenge

How many steps can you do in one minute? Will you be crowned King or Queen of the February challenge?

Glute training

Join one of our trainers for a 60 minute session to work those glute muscles to the maximum. All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome and will receive a free programme of the session.

Learn to perfect your form

Book your free 15 minute session to learn how to perfect your form in a exercise of your choice with an instructor.

Women's strength training course

A 5 week strength course specifically designed for women. Participants must have a basic knowledge of strength training and be competent using free weights.

Date: Thursday 27 February - Thursday 26 March
Time: 6.30pm-8pm

Cost: £40 members or £50 non-members

Fitpole courses

Whether you are new to pole fitness or have previous experience we have a class suitable for you. Our friendly instructor will teach you a combination of spins, tricks and transitional moves linked together with basic choreography moves.

5 week course start dates:

  • 8pm-9pm Intermediate
