Lose yourself in the Les Mills experience. Become lost in the music and encouragement from the virtual instructors to achieve results. Get lost in a virtual world where exercise ability is not important. These quiet classes are a great place to make the first steps to fitness classes or to really push your training, without many people around you. Listen, watch and follow the instructors as they’re on the screen.

Members can book classes for FREE unless stated otherwise, non members can book classes for £5.75.

Les Mills virtual classes:

Ideal for everyone, BODYBALANCE is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Choose between a 30 minute and 60 minute workout.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you'll punch and kick your way to fitness. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. We offer a 30 or 55 minute workout.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. A stronger core makes you better at everything you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports. CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. We offer a 30-minute workout.

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training. Designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body's stability and strength becomes the focus. We offer a 30-minute workout.

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
