High intensity classes are designed to challenge you to see results faster. Our aerobic classes are fun, energising and designed to get you moving. Members can book classes for FREE unless stated otherwise, non members can book classes for £5.75.

Rhythmic exercise with strength training routines. Designed to improve all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness)

This is a great cardiovascular workout, set to high tempo motivational music. Pedal your way through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises.

LES MILLS GRIT™ classes are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts and has three programmes within it.

  • Athletic: This workout often uses a step, body weight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance.
  • Cardio: Combines body weight exercises to challenge you and provide the intensity needed, so you can achieve maximum calorie burn.
  • Strength: Combines barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises, so you blast all your major muscle groups.

Want to experience the power and agility of boxing without risking a broken nose? Piloxing combines boxing moves and Pilates in a high-spirited interval workout.

Mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness workout. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® is often called exercise in disguise.

A high energy fitness session that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 to 1,000.

High Intensity Interval Training is perfect for those short on time and looking for a way to maximise your time spent working out. Using a mixture of body weight or equipment based exercises to push your body to its limits.
