We’re looking for ski instructors to join our team to support the launch of our brand new SkyTechSport ski simulator. We have a 2 roles available to work within a set number of hours per week, mainly weekend work, with the potential for these hours to increase in the future.

UOP Sport is opening Ravelin Sports Centre in December and the ski simulator is one of our unique selling points. This simulator is only the 2nd simulator of it's kind in the UK. We aim to provide high quality instructor led sessions on the ski simulator, using it as an opportunity for our customers to have a virtual reality experience, use the simulator improving their fitness for an all round workout, and have some fun whilst being active.

We are looking for ski instructors who have a minimum of a level 1 qualification, with experience in teaching a range of ages and abilities. The ski simulator will offer lessons for children and adults, of varying ability so lessons should be safe, enjoyable and give the opportunity for the participant to learn something new. Sessions will be offered on a 1:1 and group basis, so no day working with the ski simulator will be the same.

If you want to challenge yourself and have the opportunity to work in a new vibrant and exciting environment, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for instructors who love what they do, they need to be person-focussed to give the best customer experience and ready to develop their skills in a new setting. You must be reliable, hardworking and pro-active and be willing to work both independently and as part of a team that is growing to over 70 employees.
